Hello Beautiful People,
Empowering Plus is here with a new and one of the most talked topics. Can a person be fat and fit both? Let’s take a look at it. We all need to stop shaming plus sizes bodies in the name of their health. Many people, proud of their thick thighs, big booties and “fluffy” abs are unwinding their yoga mats, swinging their kettlebells and connecting with the cultural conversation concerning body ideals and also experiencing a healthy lifestyle.
Rather than worrying about your weight, you should focus your mind on how much weight you can lift in the gym, how much distance you can run. Afterall, it’s all regarding body positivity.
In our day-to-day life, we experience that people with small bodies are the inspiration and motivation for healthy lifestyle, on the other hand people with big bodies are considered unhealthy, unfit, and are body shamed in a manner that we can’t even imagine.
We have made an image of a person according to his/her weight respectively and that is something very rude and clearly gives the sign of inhumanity. We do not have the right to body shame a person in any way.
It is very disappointing; our culture tells us that thin = good and fat = bad. But this fact is far from the reality which we should not believe.
People with thin bodies also have a numerous disease or are into unhealthy habits, but they are not targeted by strangers like plus size people. This double standard can be seen in the whole world. Where overweight people are trolled for dancing, while celebs with lean bodies are praised for eating normal street foods.
Lastly before closing this article, we would like to suggest you that watch out your daily habits, because habits lead to a lifestyle you want. Move your body, go for a run, join gym, eat nutritious food. We are not encouraging you to lose weight, rather we are just pushing you to indulge in a healthy lifestyle and don’t lend your ears to what people say about you. You are a big beautiful woman who deserves everything she want. So, JUST GO FOR IT!!
